So much good stuff covered in this one Kax. My favorite stakeholder idea management move involves a little "That sounds great! Let me put it on the backlog" followed by a little "Oh this has been on the backlog for 2 years I guess it's time to cancel it!"
i agree with this! and i believe that data on deman should always be put on the table.
however, i have seen some pushy stakeholders *cough*c-level*cough* who really think that their one demand is worth the entire universe's 😂 so demand data is just the beginning of the conversation usually with them.

Great article on collaborating with your stakeholders. You can also let the stakeholder know how much demand you have had for their request.

For sure! Demand is one of many points of information to give your stakeholders.
