Great post Kax. I'm waiting for the follow up to this one - "how to get motivation to leave the beach and actually go back to work." My beach (and/or golf course) departure is still pending this summer. So far I've chalked this up to being a "Q4 problem".

Thanks for another great read - a lot of the challenges you mention around trying to determine where you want to go really resonated. I’d maybe add that for me it also sometimes required making trade offs and adjusting priorities for different phases.
