It’s November! 😱 Which means the “new year, new career” pressure is about to kick in for a lot of us pretty soon. Or maybe some of you are already wondering if next year is the year your career will finally look even remotely similar to what you’ve always been dreaming of.
BUUUUUTTTT…. what if you didn’t have to wait for next year to find out? And what if the answer is yes, it can and will be different because you can give yourself the gift of the career you actually want by Christmas?
And before you think it’s insanity, here’s what some of my clients have walked away with, whether we’re working 1:1 or in group programs:
Job offers at their dream companies, at a higher salary than they expected going in, and in some cases multiple companies chasing them ever since
A way out of burnout and into a much better opportunity inside the same organization
A promotion from a junior role to mid-level in under a year, plus the trust of their senior leaders
Their confidence back after a layoff, and a dream job in the sector they wanted
The businesses they’d been wanting to start, finally started
I’ve coached over 200 people in all kinds of circumstances. When they do the work, the dream stops being a far-fetched fantasy, and without compromising their sanity.
But the results aren’t the most important thing they walk away with (though they certainly feel good).
What they also get is the version of themselves who always gets the results they want. And that version of them doesn’t fade away when the job search ends or the promotion cycle closes. They carry this version into every goal they decide to go after.
They take the version of themselves who:
Turns interviews into conversations between two sides figuring out if working together makes sense.
Asks for the promotion without feeling like they’re pleading for recognition.
Always answers the question “Should I keep going with this?” with “Yes, obviously if I want to. And I do.”
They gain confidence, sure. But what they gain behind that is something bigger: the belief that they’re already good enough and worthy of what they want, as they are.
And when this belief is in place, upskilling stops being a constant requirement to earn the right to move forward. It becomes a fun add-on; instead, it’s something they get to do because they’re curious and want to, versus because they don’t feel like they’re ready.
If ALL of that is something you also want for yourself, that’s the work we’ll be doing in BECOMING.
It’s a 21-day daily practice, starting December 1 and ending just before Christmas. All you need is a few minutes every day to take at least one small action towards your goal. And you’ll be doing it alongside other incredibly ambitious and talented people like yourself who want to make their dreams a reality.
So what can you expect from the 21 days? A lot more than what you’re expecting
What if you allowed yourself to expect:
Job applications that lead to job offers
Conversations with your manager that lead to your promotion
Ideas that lead to the expansion of your career, whether that’s a new role, a new direction, or the business you’ve been sitting on
No more as a wish. But as something you start to expect to show up, just like you do.
And along the way, you collect the evidence. Every day, you notice and share the experiences that show you exactly who you’re becoming, big or small.
The interview that felt amazing and went further than it usually does. The complicated conversation with that “difficult” colleague that actually ended in alignment. The opportunity that came out of nowhere, but happened just because you were in the right place at the right time.
By Day 21, you’ll turn “Wait, is this actually happening?” into something normal.
Because when you stop talking yourself out of things, you start doing them. And when you do them as someone who already expects the best, they tend to work out in your favor.
Yes, the program is about getting the career of your dreams. But you also become the person who always gets the career of their dreams. And that part lasts longer than a program.
All I ask is this: for 21 days, suspend disbelief.
You’ve already spent a long time seeing what could go wrong. Maybe, for once, see yourself as the person who can have the best career.
And then let’s see what happens.

Looking forward to seeing you on December 1!
