We all hate feeling like we're failing but after we do and iterate/start our next adventure we pretty quickly realize how beneficial it can be. Great post Kax!
The stigma attached to personal failing makes it so easy to be afraid of it.
I had a mentor who once told me "we're not heart surgeons, kax. what's the worst thing that can happen if you fail?" that really turned things around for me. 😅

We don't normalize personal failing enough.
